摘要
由于甘草次酸生物活性广泛及甘草制品的广泛应用,因此研究其不良反应尤为重要。其中,高血压是常见的不良反应。引起血压升高的发生机制包括糖皮质激素失活的抑制、盐皮质激素受体的激动、扩血管物质释放的减少、促进血管收缩等。由于11β-氢化类固醇脱氢酶抑制剂存在个体差异,故甘草导致血压升高存在个体差异性。此外,甘草与糖皮质激素、利尿剂、洋地黄、水杨酸物质、口服降糖药、华法林、抗生素等药物的联用存在相互作用。因此在使用时需密切关注甘草本身及联合用药的不良反应,未来应研究甘草制剂对血压、血钾、凝血指标、血常规的影响。
The biological activity of glycyrrhetinic is extensive and the Glycyrrhiza uralensis products are widely used,so it is very important to study its adverse reactions,among which,hypertension is a common one.The occurrence mechanism includes inhibition of glucocorticoid inactivation,excitement of mineralocorticoid receptors,reduction of vasodilator release,and promotion of vasoconstriction.Due to individual differences in 11β-hydrosteroid dehydrogenase inhibitors,there are individual differences in Glycyrrhiza uralensis-induced blood pressure increase.In addition,Glycyrrhiza uralensis interacts with the combined use of glucocorticoids,diuretics,digitalis,salicylic acid substances,oral hypoglycemic agents,warfarin,antibiotics and other drugs.Therefore,close attention should be paid to the adverse reactions of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and its combined use,and the effect of Glycyrrhiza preparation on blood pressure,blood potassium,blood coagulation index and blood routine should be studied in the future.
