Study on the Promotion of Moral Education in Secondary Vocational School with Traditional Culture

德育工作作为中职教育体系的重要组成部分,越来越受到教育工作者的重视。基于立德树人目标,中职学校可以把传统文化作为有效落实德育工作、提升学生道德素养和核心素养的"主心骨"。要打造班级特色,以传统文化夯实"文化基础";开展特色活动,以传统文化促进"自主发展";重视岗位实习,以传统文化推动"社会参与"。

As an important part of secondary vocational education system,moral education has been paid more and more attention by educators.Based on the goal of cultivating students by virtue,secondary vocational schools can regard traditional culture as the"backbone"of effectively implementing moral education and improving students'moral quality and core quality.We should create class characteristics,consolidate the"cultural foundation"with traditional culture,carry out characteristic activities,promote"independent development"with traditional culture,attach importance to post practice,and promote"social participation"with traditional culture.
