高质量的幼儿教育能促进幼儿的健康成长,而高质量的幼儿教育是需要通过幼儿教师的工作去实现的。文章通过对幼儿园园本研修活动现状的调查研究,发现园本研修活动中存在的问题,提出解决的策略,以鼓励幼儿教师参与园本研修活动,在活动中不断成长,不断提高自己的教学水平和能力。

High quality early childhood education can promote the healthy growth of children,and high quality early childhood education is ultimately provided by kindergartens,which needs to be realized through the work of early childhood teachers.Through the investigation and Research on the current situation of kindergarten based training activities,this paper finds out the problems existing in kindergarten based training activities,puts forward solutions,encourages kindergarten teachers to participate in kindergarten based training activities,grows up in the activities,and improves their teaching level and ability.
