Under the background of internet,the teaching content and mode of physical education course have changed.Teachers must change their teaching concepts,widely apply network technology in physical education teaching,and promote the reform of physical education teaching.Based on the"Internet plus"sports classroom teaching development strategy,the article aims to promote the innovation of school sports classroom teaching and to reverse the current decline of students'physical health level through the application of Internet technology.
