一例犬天疱疮诊疗体会

摘要 犬天疱疮是自身免疫性疾病,由于产生自身抗体引起细胞间桥粒芯蛋白空间结构变化,造成棘层分解,表皮内松弛性水疱形成。犬天疱疮病多表现发热、淋巴结病变、皮肤病变、白细胞减少症等。该病治疗的首选药物是糖皮质激素类药物。胞间桥粒芯蛋白,在炎症作用下进而引起细胞间桥粒芯蛋白空间结构变化,造成桥粒破坏棘层分解,表皮内松弛性水疱形成。该病在犬猫临床皮肤病中偶有发生,临床上多表现慢性、反复性、严重的皮肤症状。笔者在临床中诊疗一例犬天疱疮病例,现将诊疗体会报告如下.
