Based on the main factors that affect and restrict the cooperation between school and enterprise of mechanical and electronic specialty,this paper analyzes the training strategies of applied talents of mechanical and electronic specialty.The content includes training plan,building teachers’team,customizing experiment plan and improving scientific research level.
