原发性精囊炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤1例报告

Primary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the seminal vesicle:a case report

目的探讨精囊炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的生物学行为、临床病理特点、诊断治疗方法及其预后。方法报告1例原发性精囊炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的诊断治疗和随访情况。结果行开腹盆腔探查、右侧精囊肿物切除术,术后病理诊断为精囊炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤。术后随访至今1年余,未见复发。结论原发性精囊炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤临床少见,其表现为低度恶性或交界性,其确诊依靠病理和免疫组化,外科手术为主要治疗手段,由于其存在复发、恶变、转移的风险,术后应当进行长期密切随访。

Objective To discuss the biological and pathological features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the seminal vesicle.Methods The diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up of a case of primary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the seminal vesicle treated in our hospital was reported.Results Open pelvic exploration and resection of the right seminal vesicle were performed,and the postoperative pathology confirmed inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the seminal vesicle.There was no recurrence within the follow-up(over a year).Conclusions Primary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the seminal vesicle are rare in clinic,showing low malignancy or borderline.The diagnosis of primary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the seminal vesicle depends on pathology and immunohistochemistry and surgery is the main treatment method.Due to the risk of recurrence,malignant transformation and metastasis,long-term close follow-up should be carried out after operation.
