优思明联合芬吗通与未婚女性人工流产术后内膜修复效果、宫颈粘连及宫腔积液发生率关系的研究

The relationship between yasmin combined with fentanyl and endometrial repair after induced abortion in unmarried women and the incidence of cervical adhesion and intrauterine effusion

目的探讨优思明联合芬吗通与未婚女性人工流产术后内膜修复效果及宫颈粘连、宫腔积液发生率的关系。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月扬州市妇幼保健院诊治的120例自愿要求终止妊娠的健康早孕未婚女性作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。所有患者均接受人工流产术,术后对照组口服优思明,观察组在此基础上服用芬吗通。对两组患者的子宫内膜厚度、月经复潮时间、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、宫颈粘连情况、是否有宫腔积液等一系列指标进行评估和对比。结果观察组阴道出血量比对照组少,月经复潮时间和阴道出血时间短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度比对照组厚,两组患者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优思明联合芬吗通有助于促进未婚女性人工流产术后子宫内膜的修复,缩短月经复潮时间、阴道出血时间,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the relationship between yasmin combined with fentanyl and endometrial repair after induced abortion in unmarried women and the incidence of cervical adhesion and intrauterine effusion.Methods A total of 120 healthy unmarried women in early pregnancy who voluntarily requested termination of pregnancy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.All patients received induced abortion,and the control group received orally yasmin postoperatively,and the observation group received fentanyl on this basis.Endometrial thickness,time of menstruation recovery,time of vaginal bleeding,amount of vaginal bleeding,condition of cervical adhesion and the existence of uterine effusion were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the time of menstruation recovery and vaginal bleeding was shorter than that in the control group,and the thickness of endometrium was thicker than that in the control group,all with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of yasmin and fentanyl can promote the repair of endometrium after induced abortion in unmarried women,shorten the time of menstruation recovery and vaginal bleeding,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
