女性性功能障碍药物治疗研究进展

女性性功能障碍(female sexual dysfunction,FSD)是一种越来越受到重视的女性健康问题。随着社会进步和性医学的不断发展,FSD的治疗水平也不断提高。FSD的药物治疗分为激素类药物(如雌激素、鼻内睾酮、鼻内催产素等)和非激素类药物(如氟班色林、奥培米芬、布雷默浪丹)。虽然一些药物已被FDA批准或正在进行临床试验,但医生和患者都需要客观了解目前治疗方法的局限性。本文旨在对当前FSD药物治疗方法进行综述。同时,由于FSD病因的多维性和复杂性,强调女性性功能障碍的治疗应遵循综合性的治疗原则,以改善女性性功能障碍。

Female sexual dysfunction(FSD)is a female health problem that has drawn more and more attention.With the progression of society and development of sexual medicine,the treatment level of FSD is also improving.The purpose of this article is to review the current drug therapy for FSD,which can be divided into hormone drugs(such as estrogen,intranasal testosterone,intranasal oxytocin)and non-hormone drugs(such as Flibanserin,Ospemifene,Bremelanotide).Although some drugs and treatments have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration(FDA)or are undergoing clinical trials,both doctors and patients need to objectively understand the limitations of current treatment methods.The purpose of this paper is to review the current FSD drug therapy.At the same time,due to the multidimensional nature and complexity of the etiology of FSD,it is emphasized that comprehensive treatment principles should be followed in the treatment of FSD.
