重组人干扰素α-2b联合激光治疗尖锐湿疣的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探究患处注射或涂抹重组人干扰素α-2b联合激光治疗尖锐湿疣的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月北京中医药大学附属东直门医院(通州院区)诊治的110例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。按照完全随机法分为涂抹组、注射组各55例,所有患者均接受CO2激光治疗,涂抹组在CO2激光治疗基础上于患处涂抹重组人干扰素α-2b,注射组患者在CO2激光治疗基础上于患处注射重组人干扰素α-2b。统计两组患者创面愈合时间,酶联免疫吸附实验法检测血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,对两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平进行检测,比较两组患者治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果注射组患者创面结痂、愈合时间均短于涂抹组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后注射组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于涂抹组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后注射组患者血清HIF-1α、VEGF水平均低于涂抹组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后注射组患者CD3^+、CD4^+水平高于涂抹组,CD8^+水平低于涂抹组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射组患者治疗总有效率高于涂抹组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射组患者治疗过程中不良反应率略高于涂抹组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于尖锐湿疣患者,患处注射重组人干扰素α-2b联合激光比患处涂抹重组人干扰素α-2b联合激光治疗更快促进创面愈合,抑制炎症反应,改善免疫功能,治疗效果更好。 Objective To explore the effect of injection or smear of recombinant human interferonα-2 b combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA)and its influence on the immune function of patients.Methods 110 patients with CA treated in Dongzhimen Hospital(Tongzhou District)from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into smear group and injection group with 55 cases in each group.All patients were treated with CO2 laser.The smear group was smeared with recombinant human interferonα-2 b on the basis of CO2 laser treatment.The injection group was injected with recombinant human interferonα-2 b on the basis of CO2 laser treatment.The wound healing time of the two groups was counted.Serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were measured by ELISA.The levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,VEGF and T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were detected,and the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of scab formation and healing in the injection group was shorter than that in the smear group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the injection group were lower than those in the smear group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum HIF-1αand VEGF in the injection group were lower than those in the smear group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+and CD4^+in the injection group were higher than those in the smear group,and the levels of CD8^+in the smear group were lower than those in the smear group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of injection group was higher than that of smear group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the injection group was slightly higher than that in the smear group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Injection of recombinant human interferonα-2 b combined with CO2 laser can accelerate wound healing,inhibit inflammation reaction and improve immune function of patients with CA,with remarkable therapeutic effect.
