成都市未婚女大学生生殖健康知识认知现状

Cognitive status of reproductive health knowledge of unmarried female college students in Chengdu

目的了解成都市未婚女大学生生殖健康知识、态度及需求的现状,为改善女大学生整体生殖健康水平,促进生殖健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对成都市内14所高校共2673名各年级在校女大学生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果在被调查的女大学生中,认为需要进行生殖健康咨询的为65.4%,接受婚前性行为的为85.1%,主动接受生殖避孕知识的为66.2%;女大学生获取生殖健康知识的途径前三位分别为网络(59.9%),大众媒体(55.2%),学校教育(29.2%);女大学生最想咨询的生殖健康问题前三位分别为身心健康发育(42.6%),安全性行为(28.5%),性病及艾滋病的防治(14.2%);在生殖健康知识问题中,避孕知识的知晓率普遍偏低,不到1/3的人掌握科学避孕方式(32.5%)。结论在校女大学生对生殖健康知识,尤其是科学避孕知晓率低;对生殖健康咨询的需求大,但获取正确知识的渠道局限;高校、社会和家庭应该在校女大学生生殖健康教育中发挥积极作用。

Objective To investigate the reproductive health knowledge,attitude and demand among unmarried female college students in Chengdu,in order to provide basis for the improvement of reproductive health education.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 2673 female college students of different grades in 14 universities in Chengdu,and the results were analysed statistically.Results Among the female college students surveyed,65.4%of them thought they needed reproductive health consultation,85.1%accepted premarital sexual behaviour and 66.2%were eager for reproductive contraceptive knowledge.The top three ways for them to acquire reproductive health knowledge were network(59.9%),public media(55.2%)and school education(29.2%).The top three reproductive health problems they mostly wanted to consult were physical or mental health development(42.6%),safe sexual life(28.5%),prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases(14.2%).The awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge was generally low,and only less than one third of them knew scientific contraceptive methods(32.5%).Conclusions The awareness of reproductive health knowledge,especially scientific contraceptive methods is low in female college students.Though the demand for reproductive health consultation is large,their access to correct knowledge is limited,and colleges,society and family should play active roles in reproductive health education for female college students.
