成都市区成年人性健康相关状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the conditions and influencing factors of sexual health among adults in Chengdu urban area

目的了解成都市区成年人性健康知识水平、性态度和高危性行为现状及其影响因素。方法采用随机抽样调查抽取成都市区18岁~60岁成年人561名进行匿名自填式问卷调查,共回收544份有效问卷。结果性知识掌握方面,女性、25岁~34岁、居住地为城市、家庭人均月收入为>5000元、职业为干部、教师、医务工作者性知识掌握水平更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性态度方面,男性、低年龄组、无婚姻经历者性态度较为开放,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。商业性行为方面,低年龄(<35岁),知识得分高,职业为干部、教师、医务人员的为不容易发生商业性行为人群。结论成都市区成年人群性健康知识水平有待提高,性态度趋于开放,部分人存在高危性行为。应对成年人性与生殖健康问题加以重视。

Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of sexual health knowledge,attitudes and high-risk behaviors among adults in Chengdu urban area.Methods 561 adults aged 18-60 years old in Chengdu urban area were selected randomly and surveyed by anonymous self-administered questionnaire and 544 valid questionnaires were collected in total.Results Women,25-34 years old,living in urban area,with a monthly income of over 5000 yuan per capita and occupations being cadres/teachers/medical staff had higher levels of sexual health knowledge,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of sexual attitudes,men of lower age and no marriage history were more open-minded,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).For commercial sexual behaviors,low age(under 35 years old),high knowledge scores,and occupations of cadre/teacher/medical staff were all protective factors.Conclusions The levels of sexual health knowledge of adult in Chengdu urban area need to be improved.Their sexual attitudes tend to be open,and some people have high-risk sexual behaviors,so more attention should be paid to adult′s sexual and reproductive health issues.
