摘要
当今学界和管理界开始关注华夏圣贤文化的传承,无论是理论探讨还是实践探索,都取得丰富成果,研究视角涉及哲学、史学、语言学等学科,实践传承关联文化传播、企业管理、社会治理等领域。案例企业中盐金坛盐化有限责任公司通过贤文化组织传播,在团队建设、人才培育、企业文化建设等方面实践传统的尚贤希贤理念,并建构起内贤外王的企业"尚贤"治理,贯穿了传统文化"反求诸己""三才相通"的思维方式,为创造性传承发展华夏圣贤文化作出了有益探索。
Academic and management circles began to pay attention to the inheritance of Huaxia sages and sage culture,and in both theoretical and practical exploration researchers have achieved rich results;the research perspectives are involved in philosophy,history,linguistics and other disciplines,practice and inheritance related to cultural communication,enterprise management,social governance and other fields.The company mentioned in this case study spreads the virtuous culture by organizational dissemination,practices the traditional sages and sage concept in the aspects of team building,talent cultivation,enterprise culture construction etc.,constructs the enterprise’s "advocating virtuous culture" governance,realizes the traditional culture of "self-reflection",and "Three Connectivity" way of thinking,making beneficial exploration for the creative inheritance and development of Huaxia sage culture.
