摘要
创新型国家的建设离不开大量创新型人才的培养。根据教育部提出的"加强创新创业教育,将学生的创新意识培养和创新思维养成融入教育教学全过程"这一要求,高职院校在创新型人才培养中还存在专业人才培养目标工具化和功利化、评价体系与创新性人才培养目标不匹配、创新型人才培养系统性不足、教师团队素质不高、能力不足、缺少实战经验等问题。基于构建主义学习理论,从完善创新人才培养实践实效性等五个方面提出提高创新型人才培养措施,为探究高职院校创新型人才培养"专业教育"与"创新教育"一体共生模式提供参考。
The construction of an innovative country is inseparable from the cultivation of a large number of innovative talents. According to the requirement of "strengthening the education of innovation and entrepreneurship, and integrating the cultivation of students’ innovative consciousness and innovative thinking into the whole process of education and teaching" put forward by the Ministry of Education, there are some problems in the training of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges, such as the tool-orientation and utilitarianism of the training objectives in professional talents, the mismatch between the evaluation system and the training objectives of innovative talents, the lack of systematic training of innovative talents, the poor quality, the lack of ability and the lack of practical experience of the teachers’ team. Based on the constructivism learning theory, this paper proposes some measures to improve the training of innovative talents from five aspects, such as improving the practical effectiveness of the training of innovative talents, providing a reference for exploring the symbiotic mode of "professional education" and "innovative education" in the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
