农村职业教育与乡村振兴的耦合探颐

On the Coordinated Development of Rural Vocational Education and Rural Vitalization

农村职业教育是实现农业强、农村美、农民富的重要基础工程,为农村经济社会发展提供智力支持。实施乡村振兴战略是做好新时代"三农"工作的重大决策部署,为农村职业教育指明了发展方向。通过比较农村职业教育和乡村振兴的要素、结构和功能,发现农村职业教育与乡村振兴之间相互作用、相互影响。目前农村职业教育和乡村振兴良性互动和耦合阻力并存,需要从办学理念、内生动力、布局专业、师资队伍多方面共同发力加以破解。

Rural vocational education is very important for achieving strong agriculture,rural beauty, farmers’ becoming rich, providing intellectual support for rural economic and social development. Implementing the strategy of rural vitalization is a major decision and deployment for the work related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the new era, which offers the development direction for rural vocational education. By comparing the elements,structure and function of rural vocational education and rural vitalization, it is found the interaction between rural vocational education and rural vitalization is closely associated. At present, the positive interaction and coupling resistance between rural vocational education and rural vitalization coexist, which needs to be solved by joint efforts from the aspects of school-running concept, endogenous driving force, programs setting and teaching staff.
