妇科良性病变经脐单孔腹腔镜手术后预防切口疝的护理研究

Nursing study on prevention of incisional hernia after single-hole laparoscopic operation of gynecological benign lesions

目的探讨妇科良性病变经脐单孔腹腔镜手术后预防切口疝的护理效果。方法选择我院2018年2月—2019年5月期间收治的60例妇科良性病变患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=30,常规护理)和观察组(n=30,在常规护理基础上使用腹带),比较2组患者术后切口疝发生率、首次排气时间及住院时间。结果观察组术后切口疝发生率为3.33%,对照组为20.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组首次排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论妇科良性病变患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜手术后行常规护理+腹带,可以有效预防切口疝,缩短术后排气时间及住院时间。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of preventing incisional hernia after laparoscopic operation of gynecological benign lesions.Methods 60 patients with gynecological benign lesions admitted from february 2018 to may 2019 were divided into control group(n=30,using routine care)and observation group(n=30,using abdominal band on the basis of routine care)according to the digital table method.Results The incidence of postoperative incisional hernia in the observation group was 3.33%,the control group was 20.00%,the difference was large(P<0.05);the first exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was large(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with gynecological benign lesions can effectively prevent incisional hernia and shorten the time of exhaust and hospital stay.
