预见性护理在脑卒中伴偏瘫患者并发症预防中的应用价值

Application value of predictive nursing in prevention of complications of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的探讨预见性护理在脑卒中伴偏瘫患者并发症预防中的应用价值。方法选择2018年6月—2019年10月我院收治的脑卒中伴偏瘫患者70例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各35例。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组给予预见性护理措施,对比2组患者护理前后的日常生活活动能力以及下肢静脉血栓和肺部感染发生情况。结果护理后,两组Barthel指数(BI)评分均明显高于护理前,且试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组下肢静脉血栓、肺部感染等发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于脑卒中伴偏瘫治疗中,可有效预防患者发生下肢静脉血栓、肺部感染等并发症,显著提升生活质量,可在临床中推广使用。

Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing in the prevention of complications of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 70 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were only given routine nursing,while those in the experimental group were given predictive nursing.The ADL scores and the incidence of venous thrombosis and pulmonary infection were compared before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the ADL scores of the two groups showed an upward trend,which was significantly higher than that before nursing.At the same time,the ADL scores of the experimental group after nursing were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and pulmonary infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the treatment of stroke with hemiplegia can effectively prevent the lower extremity venous thrombosis,pulmonary infection and other complications,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and can be widely used in clinical.
