多媒体干预对骨科患者术前焦虑水平的影响

Effect of multimedia intervention on preoperative anxiety level in orthopedic patients

目的探讨多媒体干预对降低骨科手术患者术前焦虑水平的效果。方法按照简单随机分组方法将100例骨科手术患者分为对照组47例和干预组53例,对照组等候室未安装电子设备,干预组等候室内安装电视及平板电脑,电视循环播放手术过程,平板电脑内安装娱乐影音资料,研究人员指导患者使用多媒体设备。2组患者均于入院第2天、手术当天、麻醉前测量心率和平均动脉压,同时于入院时及麻醉前评估患者焦虑水平。结果干预组患者麻醉前心率、平均动脉压、焦虑水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体干预可有效改善骨科患者术前焦虑水平,但对文化水平低或沟通障碍者不适用,有必要探索更加简便有效的干预措施。

Objective To investigate the effect of media intervention on reducing anxiety during preoperative waiting period.Methods 100 patients were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to a simple randomized method.The waiting room of control group was an old-style waiting room with no electronic equipment installed,and the waiting group of intervention group was indoored installation of TV and tablet computers.The television loops through the surgical process.Tablet installed entertainment software.Patients in the intervention group were instructed by the researchers to use the media devices.Patients were measured heart rate and mean arterial pressure on the second day of admission,on the day of surgery,and before anesthesia.At the same time,the patient's anxiety level was assessed at the time of hospital admission and before anesthesia.Results The average heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and anxiety level in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Media intervention can effectively reduce the preoperative anxiety level of patients,but it is not suitable for people with low level of cultural or communication difficulties.It is necessary to explore more simple and effective intervention measures.
