系统规范化护理干预在重症监护室心力衰竭患者中的应用探讨

目的探讨系统规范化护理干预在重症监护室(ICU)心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月—2018年3月我院ICU收治的行常规护理的33例心力衰竭患者设为基础组,将2018年4月—2019年8月我院ICU收治的行常规护理+系统规范化护理的33例心力衰竭患者设为系统组。对比2组的情绪状态,DBP、SBP,急救反应时间及生存质量。结果系统组的HAMA、HAMD评分及DBP、SBP均低于基础组,急救反应时间较基础组短,MLHFQ评分高于基础组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论在ICU心力衰竭患者中施行系统规范化护理干预效果良好,可有效改善患者的不良心理状态,缩短急救反应时间,降低血压,提高生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic and standardized nursing intervention on the nursing of intensive care unit(ICU)patients with heart failure.Methods 33 cases of heart failure patients receiving routine care in ICU of our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were set as the base group,and 33 cases of heart failure patients receiving routine care+systematic standardized care in ICU of our hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 were set as the system group.The emotional state,DBP,SBP,first aid response time and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results HAMA,HAMD score,DBP and SBP of the system group were lower than those of the base group.The first aid response time was shorter than that of the basic group.The MLHFQ score of the system group was higher than that of the base group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic and standardized nursing intervention in ICU patients with heart failure has a good effect,which can effectively improve the adverse psychological state of patients,shorten emergency response time,reduce blood pressure,and improve the quality of life.
