晚期喉癌的治疗进展

Progress of the treatment for advanced laryngeal carcinoma

喉癌是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中常见的恶性肿瘤。由于近年来环境的恶化和人们生活习惯的改变,喉癌的发病率有逐渐增长的趋势。随着医疗技术的不断发展,喉癌的治疗方式也发生了很大改变。在根治肿瘤、保证生存率的前提下,尽可能的保护喉功能,提高生活质量。国内外学者在晚期喉癌的治疗方面做了大量的研究,本文系统地回顾了国内外相关文献,总结分析了晚期喉癌的治疗进展,包括非手术治疗、手术治疗及综合治疗,并对各种治疗方法的选择予以综述。

Laryngeal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.Due to continuing progressive deterioration of the environment and the change of people’s living habits in recent years,laryngeal cancer has a trend of gradually increasing.With the continuous development of medical treatment,the treatment for laryngeal cancer have been improved dramatically.Under the premise of radical cure and survival rate,the laryngeal function should be protected,and the quality of life improved as much as possible.Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the treatment of advanced laryngeal cancer.This paper reviews the relevant domestic and foreign literatures,summarizes and analyzes the treatment of advanced laryngeal carcinoma.The review analyzes the treatment progress of advanced laryngeal cancer including the surgical,non-surgical and comprehensive options for treatment of advanced laryngeal cancer,which summarized the choice of various treatment methods.
