摘要 目的观察78例轻中度痤疮患者应用超分子水杨酸的疗效,并探讨治疗过程中的护理要点。方法将78例轻中度痤疮患者进行回顾性分析,观察治疗后患者的临床疗效及实施相应的护理干预。结果经超分子水杨酸治疗和配合多种护理措施治疗后,患者经2周、4周、6周、8周、10周治疗后,皮损症状明显好转,总有效率为96.15%。不良反应较轻微,主要表现为红斑、伪霜、发热或刺痛感、结痂、干燥、脱屑、爆痘、色沉等,但不影响患者的延续性治疗。结论超分子水杨酸治疗轻中度痤疮疗效显著,通过采取相应的预防和护理,有利于降低不良反应的发生率,提高患者的依从性和满意度,促进疾病的早日康复。 Objective To observe 78 cases of patients with mild-to-moderate acne the curative effect of application of supramolecular salicylic acid, and to explore the nursing points in the process of treatment.Methods 78 cases of mild and moderate acne were retrospectively analyzed to observe the clinical efficacy and nursing intervention.Results after treatment with supramolecular salicylic acid and a variety of nursing measures, after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks of treatment, the skin lesions symptoms improved significantly, the total effective rate was 96.15%.The adverse reactions were mild, mainly manifested as erythema, false cream, fever or tingling sensation, scab formation, dryness, desquamation, acne explosion, color concentration, etc., but did not affect the patient's continuous treatment.Conclusion supramolecular salicylic acid treatment of mild and moderate acne has a significant effect, through the appropriate prevention and nursing, is conducive to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient compliance and satisfaction, promote the early recovery of the disease.
