基于希望理论的综合护理对烧伤整形患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing based on hope theory on psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients with burn plastic surgery

目的探讨基于希望理论的综合护理对烧伤整形患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2018年10月至2020年2月在我院接受治疗的104例烧伤整形患者分为对照组和观察组,每组52例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予希望理论为指导的综合护理。采用心理症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自制护理满意度调查问卷评价两组患者的心理状态和护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者SCL-90量表总分及各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者SCL-90量表总分及各维度得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为100%,明显高于对照组88.46%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.493,P=0.015)。结论烧伤整形患者大多存在不同程度的心理问题,基于希望理论的综合护理可有效改善烧伤整形患者心理状态,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on hope theory on the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of burn patients.Methods Random number table method was used to divide 104 burn patients undergoing treatment in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 into a control group and an observation group,with 52 cases in each group.As a guide to comprehensive care.The psychological symptoms and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated by using the self-assessment scale of psychological symptoms(SCL-90)and self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire.Results Before nursing,there was no signi ficant difference in the total score of SCL-90 scale and scores of each dimension between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the total score of SCL-90 scale and scores of each dimension of observation group were significantly lower than those of control Group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,which was signi ficantly higher than that of the control group by 88.46%,the di fference was statistically signi ficant(x^2=6.493,P=0.015).Conclusion Most patients with burn plastic surgery have different levels of psychological problems.Comprehensive nursing based on the hope theory can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with burn plastic surgery and improve nursing satisfaction.
