基于OBE理念的临床医学人才培养模式创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Training Mode for Clinical Medial Talents Based on OBE Concept

随着医学模式的转变和卫生服务模式的改变,要求临床医学人才培养体系必须进行适应性改革,以便更好地服务“健康中国2030”战略规划。西安交通大学从2010年基于OBE理念,实施了以岗位胜任力为目标的临床医学人才培养体系改革,尤其是基于器官系统整合课程体系,体现“早临床、多临床、反复临床”的教育理念,实现基础与临床的融通;采用基于问题导向的小组讨论式教学模式;建立终结性评价与形成性评价相结合的评价体系;加强了人文素质教育和实践能力培养,取得了良好的育人效果,起到了引领示范的作用。

It is necessary to carry out adaptive reform in the training mode of clinical medical talents to better serve the“Healthy China 2030”strategic plan,with the transformation of medical mode and the changes in health service models.Based on OBE concept,Xi’an Jiaotong University implemented the reform of clinical medical personnel training system aiming at post competency in 2010.Especially based on the integrated curriculum system of organ system,it embodies the education philosophy of early clinical practice,multiple clinical practice and repeated clinical practice,and realizes the integration of basic and clinical practice.Adopted a group discussion teaching model of based on problem orientation;established an evaluation system combining summative evaluation with formative evaluation;strengthened humanistic quality education and practical ability training,achieved good educational effect and played a leading role in demonstration.
