新疆地区医学院校校园文化建设与培养正确国家观认同现状调查研究

A Survey of the Current Situation of the Construction of Campus Cultureand the Cultivation of Correct National Identity in Medical Colleges in Xinjiang

为进一步完善校园文化建设,培养德才兼备、技术精湛、政治素质过硬的新时代综合型医学人才,从医学生视角出发,通过调查问卷分析新疆地区医学院校校园文化建设与培养正确国家观认同现状。结果显示,医学生对校园文化与国家观的整体认知水平较高,但对校园文化活动的满意度偏低,校园文化活动的数量、质量、形式有待完善;且校园文化建设的影响因素复杂多样。为此应该以校园为载体,加强校园文化的立体化建设,以培养医学生的文化素养、人格修养和医学美德以及专业技能,使各民族医学生树立正确的国家意识,铸牢各民族医学生的中华民族共同体意识和“五个认同”,自觉传承中华民族的优秀传统文化,是现代医学院校校园文化发展方向和目的所在。

In order to further perfecting the construction of campus culture,cultivating the comprehensive medical talents of the new era who have both moral integrity and ability,exquisite technology and excellent political quality,this paper through questionnaire analysis the current situation of the construction of campus culture and the cultivation of correct national identity in medical colleges in Xinjiang from the perspective of medical students.The survey results show that overall cognition level of medical students on campus culture and national view is high,but the satisfaction level of campus cultural activities is low,and the number,quality and form of campus culture activities need to be improved.In addition,there are many complex and diverse factors affecting the construction of campus culture.Therefore,we should take the campus as the carrier to strengthen the three-dimensional construction of campus culture,cultivate the cultural accomplishment,personality,medical virtue and professional skills,so that medical students of ethnic groups establish a correct sense of national identity,cast the community consciousness of all ethnic groups and“five identities”.It is the development direction and purpose of modern medical college campus culture to ensure that students consciously inherit the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
