双级密封抽汲防喷盒

Double-stage sealed pumping blowout preventing box

试油作业现场应用的气控抽汲防喷盒气控压力范围小、手动液压防喷盒胶皮易过早磨损,且在伴有游离气的油水井中瞬时密封效果不佳。研制的双级密封抽汲防喷盒采用锥形胶筒和螺旋胶筒两级橡胶密封,增大抽汲钢丝绳与密封胶皮的接触面积,通过机械结构对两级密封胶皮施加预紧力,提高密封效果;设计万向球头,减少胶筒偏磨损耗,延长胶筒使用寿命。在F168-38井、T46井和F908-X2井等推广应用50多井次,防喷效果良好。该抽汲防喷盒密封件使用寿命长,密封效果好,为安全环保施工提供了保障。

At the test site,the gas-controlled pumping blowout preventing box has a small range of gas control pressure,manual hydraulic blowout prevention box is likely to cause premature rubber worn,and the instantaneous sealing effect is not good in oil and water wells with free gas.This paper developed a two-stage sealed pumping blowout preventer box,using two-stage rubber seals with tapered rubber barrels and spiral rubber barrels to increase the contact area between the drawing steel wire rope and the rubber seal.The sealing effect is improved.The universal ball head was designed to reduce eccentric wear of the cylinder and extend the life of the cylinder.The box has been promoted and applied in more than 50 wells such as F168-38,T46 and F908-X2 well.The blowout prevention effect is good.The pumping blowout preventing box seal has a long service life and a good sealing effect,which provides a guarantee for safe and environmentally friendly construction.
