Nd-YAG激光辅助治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of Nd-YAG laser assisted treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions

目的:研究掺钕钇铝石榴石固体(Nd-YAG)激光辅助治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2019年6月我院收治的84例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组给予根管治疗和牙周基础治疗,观察组辅助应用Nd-YAG激光治疗。比较两组根管填充1d、7d后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗后6个月总有效率、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、牙周附着水平(CAL)、改良出血指数(m BI)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,根管填充1d后VAS评分、PD、CAL及m BI低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Nd-YAG激光辅助治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变,可减轻患者疼痛,提高舒适度,促进病变恢复,保留患牙,疗效显著。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of yttrium aluminum garnet solid(Nd-YAG)laser assisted treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions.Methods:84 patients with periodontal-endodontic lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to june 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,42 each.The control group was given root canal treatment and periodontal system treatment,while in the observation group was assisted with Nd-YAG laser.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score after 1 d and 7 d root canal filling,total effective rate plaque index(PLI),periodontal exploration depth(PD)periodontal attachment level(CAL)modified bleeding index(m BI)after 6 months treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The VAS score after 1 d root canal filling PD,CAL and m BI after 6 months treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nd-YAG laser assisted treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions can alleviate pain,improve comfort,promote recovery of lesions,and preserve the teeth.
