本年度,《中国区域创新指数报告》着重从三个维度对我国区域创新活动做出回应:理论与经验,坚持科学理论立场,客观呈现“创新元”时空动态之变;结构与功能,阐释创新“共同体”结构“一体”和功能“多元”;量化与质性,强化质性研究与行动研究“扎根”策略,注重对创新规律科学、理性研判,尽可能呈现我国区域创新全景式面貌。

This year,Report of China Regional Innovation Index focuses on respond ing to China s regional innovation activities from three dimensions:theory and experience,adhering to the scientific theoretical standpoint,and objectively p resenting the dynamic changes in time and space of“innovation element”.Struct ure and function,explaining the structure“integration”and function“divers ification”of innovation“community”.Quantitative and qualitative,strengthen ing the“grounded”strategy in qualitative research and action research,payin g attention to the scientific and rational theoretical research and judgment of innovation law,and presenting the panoramic view of regional innovation in Chin a as much as possible.
