基于AHP-模糊综合评价集成法的氧枪系统综合安全评价 被引量:6

摘要 在转炉炼钢过程中氧枪系统出现故障易导致钢水喷溅爆炸。为了有效预防转炉炼钢氧枪系统发生事故,综合考虑层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价方法的优缺点,应用AHP-模糊综合评价集成分析法对氧枪系统的安全性进行深入研究。首先建立了氧枪系统综合安全评价指标体系,然后采用层次分析法确定了指标体系中各级指标的权重,利用模糊理论建立了氧枪系统综合安全评价模糊数学模型,同时根据建立的指标体系和模糊综合安全评价模型对某炼钢厂转炉炼钢氧枪系统进行评价。评价结果表明,利用基于AHP-模糊综合评价集成分析法对转炉炼钢氧枪系统进行综合安全评价是可行的。该转炉炼钢车间氧枪系统的综合安全等级为“较安全”,但还需加强联锁装置的检维修工作,健全安全生产责任制度和安全教育培训制度,并定期对预案进行演练和评估,以保证氧枪系统的安全运行。 In the process of converter steelmaking,failures of oxygen lance system will lead to splash and explosion of molten steel.In order to effectively prevent the oxygen lance system accidents,considering the advantages and disadvantages of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper studied the safety of oxygen lance system with AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation integrated analysis method.First,the comprehensive safety evaluation index system of oxygen lance system was established.Then,the weights of all levels in the index system are determined by using analytic hierarchy process,the fuzzy mathematical model of comprehensive safety evaluation of oxygen lance system is established by using fuzzy theory,and the oxygen lance system of converter steelmaking is evaluated according to the established index system and fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation model.The evaluation results show that it is feasible to use AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive of oxygen lance system in converter.The comprehensive safety level of the oxygen gun system in the converter steelmaking workshop is"relatively safe",but the inspection and maintenance of the interlock device should be strengthened,the safety production responsibility system and safety education and training system should be improved,and the preplan should be rehearsed and evaluated regularly to ensure the safe operation of the oxygen gun system.
