摘要
随着市场对油品的质量有着越来越高的需求,罐区的切水器种类也越来越多,分析了传统切水器和超声波切水器的优劣,提出了对超声波切水器的设计思路,继而对其建立了数学模型,并且依据工业设计要求,结合安全仪表系统设计,进行了安全等级计算说明,最后给出管道式超声波切水器和缓冲罐式超声波切水器两款设计方案以及两种切水器的适用领域。
As the market has a higher and higher demand for the quality of oil,there are more and more kinds of dehydraters in oil tank area.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional dehydraters and ultrasonic dehydraters,puts forward the design ideas of ultrasonic dehydraters,and then establishes a mathematical model for them.And according to the industrial design requirements,combined with the design of the safety instrument system,a simple safety level calculation is performed.Finally,the article gives two design schemes of pipeline ultrasonic dehydraters and buffer tank ultrasonic dehydraters,as well as their application fields.
