胃癌中CXCR1的表达及其临床意义

Expression of CXCR1 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance

目的探讨CXCR1在胃癌组织中的表达特点及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化MaxVision两步法检测141例胃癌组织及癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中CXCR1的表达,分析其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系,并复习相关文献。结果CXCR1在癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中不表达,表达于嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞、内皮细胞和部分胃癌组织及肿瘤相关间质细胞表面。CXCR1在胃癌脉管内癌栓表达常伴中性粒细胞浸润,且浸润的中性粒细胞形态多样。141例胃癌组织中,CXCR1阳性73例(51.78%),CXCR1阴性68例(48.22%);其表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关;与胃癌分化(P=0.0011)、肿瘤浸润深度(P=0.0170)、脉管侵犯(P=0.0001)、神经侵犯(P=0.0001)和淋巴结转移(P=0.0001)、TNM分期(P=0.0041)均有关。结论胃癌中CXCR1的表达与胃癌的浸润和转移密切相关,CXCR1有望成为胃癌发生、发展的评估指标。

Purpose To investigate the expression of CXCR1 in gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The immunohistochemical MaxVision two-step method was used to detect the expression of CXCR1 in the gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues of 141 cases,and the relationship between the expression of CXCR1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer wa analyzed,with review of relevant literatures.Results CXCR1 was not expressed in adjacent normal gastric mucosa,but expressed on the surface of neutrophils,monocytes,endothelial cells,some gastric cancer tissues and tumor-associated interstitial cells.CXCR1 was often accompanied by neutrophil infiltration in the vascular endothelium of gastric cancer,and the infiltrating neutrophils were diverse.Among the 141 cases of gastric cancer,73 cases(51.78%)were positive for CXCR1 and 68 cases(48.22%)were negative for CXCR1,their expression was not related to gender,age and tumor size of patients.The expression of CXCR1 was associated with differentiation of gastric cancer(P=0.0011),the depth of tumor invasion(P=0.0170),whether there was vascular invasion(P=0.0001),nerve invasion(P=0.0001),lymph node metastasis(P=0.0001)and TNM staging(P=0.0041).Conclusion The expression of CXCR1 in gastric cancer is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer,and CXCR1 may be one of the valuable evaluation indexes for the occurrence and progression of gastric cancer.
