不同霉菌对白酒丢糟中粗纤维降解试验 被引量:2

摘要 酒糟中纤维资源丰富,但是酒糟纤维素的降解困难,使做出的饲料适口性较差。为了探索酒糟中的纤维素降解后工业化生产畜牧饲料的可行性,本试验选用白腐霉和康宁木霉对酒糟进行发酵,通过两种霉菌对纤维素的降解,使其降解效果更适于生产畜牧饲料的要求。初步试验表明,纤维素总体降解率大于5%。在设定的条件下,白腐霉降解纤维素的能力比康宁木霉稍强,且在20~30℃变化的温度条件下更容易繁殖代谢。 The fiber resources in the distiller's grains are rich,but the degradation of the cellulose of the distiller's grains is difficult,which makes the feed palatability poor.In order to explore the feasibility of producing animal feed on cellulose degradation in lees after industrialization,the white rot and Trichoderma koningii on the fermentation of distiller's grains,through two kinds of molds on cellulose degradation,the degradation effect is more suitable for the production of animal feed requirements.The preliminary test showed that the overall degradation rate of cellulose was more than 5%.Under setting conditions,the ability of white rot degraded by Trichoderma koningii cellulose than slightly,and the temperature at 20~30℃change more easily breeding metabolism.
