摘要
二氯乙烷(EDC)在高温下会发生裂解生成氯乙烯(VCM),裂解过程中,EDC中其他组分的含量会对裂解率产生影响,如四氯化碳等轻组分会促进裂解反应,因此,如果在精制EDC时适当提高四氯化碳含量,可以在保证裂解率不变的同时降低裂解温度,从而节省燃料气用量。另外,EDC中的重组分在高温下会发生结焦,堵塞管道,阻碍裂解反应的正常进行,故应加以控制。因此,本课题计划通过控制精馏塔的操作温度及压力,实现对EDC中轻、重组分含量的精确控制,以达到节能目的。
Dichloroethane(EDC)will crack at high temperature to produce vinyl chloride(VCM).During the cracking,the content of other components in EDC will affect the cracking rate.Light components such as carbon tetrachloride will promote The cracking reaction,therefore,if the carbon tetrachloride content is appropriately increased when refining EDC,the cracking temperature can be reduced while maintaining the same cracking rate,thereby saving fuel gas consumption.In addition,the heavy components in EDC will coke at high temperatures,block the pipeline,and hinder the normal progress of the cracking reaction,so it should be controlled.Therefore,this subject plans to achieve precise energy control of the light and heavy components in EDC by controlling the operating temperature and pressure of the rectification column to achieve energy saving purposes.
