Determination of Nicotine Content in Tobacco-stem by UV Spectrophotometry

摘要 建立了紫外分光光度法测定烟茎中烟碱含量的分析方法。结果表明,该法具有快速,简单,准确度高等特点。 UV spectrophotometry method was presented to determine the content of nicotine in tobacco-stem.The results showed the method is fast,simple,accurate and so on.
