铸膜液组成对聚醚砜超滤膜结构和性能的影响

摘要 随着我国水资源总量和用水需求矛盾的加深,有效处理利用工业废水是当务之急。相比于传统的分离工艺,膜分离处理工业废水具有成本低、效率高且占地面积小的特点。超滤膜由于其孔径分布及工作压力符合工业处理需求,已被广泛应用于工业中。然而,对于同种膜材料来说,不同的铸膜液组成对膜结构和性能的研究并不多。本文以聚醚砜(PES)作为膜材料,系统探讨了铸膜液溶剂和浓度对膜的孔结构、分离性能及机械性能的影响。结果表明,对于PES膜,DMF为最佳溶剂,且浓度为16%的铸膜液所制备的膜具有最优的综合性能。 With the deepening of the contradiction between the total amount of water resources and the demand for water,it is urgent to treat and utilize industrial wastewater effectively.Compared with the traditional separation process,membrane separation has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and less occupation area.Ultrafiltration membrane has been widely used in industry because its pore size distribution and working pressure meet the needs of industrial treatment.However,for the same kind of membrane materials,there are few studies on the structure and properties of the membrane with different composition of casting solution.In this paper,polyethersulfone(PES)was used as membrane material.The effects of solvent and concentration of casting solution on the pore structure,separation performance and mechanical properties of the membrane were studied.The results show that DMF is the best solvent for PES membrane,and the membrane prepared with 16%casting solution has the best comprehensive properties.
