摘要
以矿渣、钢渣、脱硫石膏为主要原料制备全固废胶凝材料,采用合理比例化学激发、物理磨细等手段检测其胶砂强度发现28天抗压强度能达到P.042.5水泥的强度等级。在预应力孔道压浆体系中要求超低的水胶比0.26~0.28,在此水胶比的限制条件下全固废胶凝材料可以替代水泥进行使用,最终强度大于50MPa,满足孔道压浆材料的技术指标。试验结果表明,石家庄周边辛集奥森钢铁有限公司提供的矿渣、钢渣,西柏坡电厂收集的脱硫石膏在比例为35:50:15时,所配制的孔道压浆材料工作性能和力学性能达到最优,每吨压浆材料降低成本165元。
The main raw materials of All solid waste cementitious materials conclude blastfurnace slag,steel slag powder and desulfurized gypsum,using reasonable proportion of chemical excitation,physical grinding and other means to test mortar strength,the 28-day compressive strength reach the strength of P.O42.5 cement.In the prestressed channel grouting system,the water cement ratio is 0.26~0.28,all solid waste cementitious materials can be used instead of cementunder the limitation of the water cement ratio,the final compressive strength higher than 50MPa,meeting the technical index of channel grouting material.The test results show that when the ratio of blastfurnace slag and steel slag powder provided by Xinji Aosen Steel Co,Ltd.and desulfurization gypsum collected by Xibaipo Power Plant is 35:50:15,the working and mechanical properties of the prepared channel grouting materials are best,and the cost per ton of grouting materials is reduced by 165 yuan.
