摘要
消费升级之下,传统室内装饰材料的市场份额已经开始被造型美观、健康环保的墙衣所抢占。对由稻草、棉纤维和海泡石粉等原料制备的稻草墙衣进行性能研究,并与滑石粉涂料对比,结果表明:稻草墙衣具有抗室外温度冲击的特性,测试间在24h内高低温差缩小为7.2℃,低于室外温度及滑石粉涂料的温差;在高湿度环境下,稻草墙衣可以在6h内减少室内水分,较滑石粉涂料更易于调节室内湿度;稻草墙衣可以有效降低空气中甲醛浓度,而滑石粉涂料则对此无作用。
Under consumption upgrade,the market share of traditional interior decoration materials has begun to be seized by beautiful,healthy and environmentally friendly wall coating.The properties of straw wall coating prepared from straw,cotton fiber and sepiolite powder were compared with the talc powder coating.The results showed that the straw wall coating has the characteristics of resistance to outdoor temperature shock,and the high and low temperature difference within 24 hours in the test room was reduced to 7.2℃,which was lower than the outdoor temperature and the temperature difference of talc powder coating.Under high humidity environment,straw wall coatingreduced indoor moisture within 6h,which was easier to adjust indoor humidity than talc powder coating.The straw wall coatingreduced the formaldehyde concentration effectively in the air,and talc paint had no function on this.
