摘要
考虑到传统的翻车机驱动系统中,采用的机械式的同步机械轴来强制保证多台电机的转速相同,无法保证翻车机驱动系统运行的稳定性,本文研究一种基于交叉耦合策略和模糊PID算法的多电机同步控制系统,实现翻车机多台电机的同步控制。分析翻车机驱动系统工况,构建直流电机控制模型,建立翻车机多轴电机同步控制的等状态交叉耦合策略以及模糊PID控制算法。研究表明,本文研究的同步控制系统中各台电机的同步误差相比常规控制方法性能提升了40%左右。本文研究的基于等状态交叉耦合和模糊PID算法结合的翻车机多轴电机同步运动控制系统能够有效提升翻车机多台电机运行的动态特性和稳定性,保证了翻车机驱动系统的正常运行。
Considering that in the traditional driving system of the car dumper,the mechanical synchronous mechanical shaft is used to ensure the rotation speed of multiple motors is the same,which can not guarantee the stability of the driving system of the car dumper.In this paper,a multi motor synchronous control system based on cross coupling strategy and fuzzy PID algorithm is studied to realize the synchronous control of multiple motors of the car dumper.This paper analyzes the working condition of the dumper drive system,constructs the DC motor control model,establishes the equal state cross coupling strategy and fuzzy PID control algorithm of the dumper multi axis motor synchronous control.The research shows that the synchronous error of each motor in the synchronous control system studied in this paper is about 40%higher than that of the conventional control method.The synchronous motion control system based on the combination of equal state cross coupling and fuzzy PID algorithm can effectively improve the dynamic characteristics and stability of multiple motors of the dumper,and ensure the normal operation of the dumper drive system.
