摘要
简述煤制乙二醇中草酸二甲酯加氢催化剂末期运行情况,依据不同工业生产参数变化及生产状态对加氢系统催化剂进行更换,对多次更换催化剂过程总结采用不钝化惰性气体环境下卸出,操作安全而且节省时间和成本,更换后的催化剂运行正常,并综述当前铜基催化剂的研究方向以改善催化性能和使用寿命。
Briefly describe the end status of dimethyl oxalate hydrogenation catalyst in coal-to-ethylene glycol,according to the change of different industrial production parameters and production status,the catalyst of the hydrogenation system is replaced.Summary of the process of replacing the catalyst multiple times,it is unloaded in an inert gas environment,which is safe to operate,saves time and costs.The new catalysts runs normally.Review of current research directions copper-based catalyst to improve catalyst performance and service life.
