摘要
为控制薄壁圆筒焊接变形,采用月牙板挤压法消除焊接应力的方法,设计一种智能化控制薄壁圆筒焊接变形装置。该装置由固定床机构、月牙板控制变形机构、焊接碾压及激光检测机构、智能化控制中心四个模块组成。可通过月牙板挤压杆对焊接接头的不同部位施加同步挤压作用,减缓焊缝区的焊接残余应力所导致的变形,保证焊接过程的稳定、控制压力容器变形,有效防止容器失效。
In order to control the welding deformation of thin-walled cylinder,an intelligent welding deformation control device for thin-walled cylinder was designed by using the method of eliminating the welding stress by means of crescent plate extrusion.The device is composed of four modules:a fixed bed mechanism,a crescent plate deformation control mechanism,a welding,rolling and laser detection mechanism,and an intelligent control center.The simultaneous extrusion effect can be applied to different parts of the welded joint through the extrusion bar of the crescent plate to alleviate the deformation caused by the welding residual stress in the weld zone,ensure the stability of the welding process,control the deformation of the pressure vessel,and prevent the failure of the vessel.
