摘要
本文对立体喷射塔板帽罩进行优化设计,改变帽罩结构,采用流体通道改变的立体帽罩,气相进口通道截面变小使压力下降,促进液相进入,然后通过混合段增加压力使压力缓慢增加,通过CFD软件对帽罩内的压力分布情况进行研究,结果表明采用自吸结构塔板帽罩可以有效降低液相进口处的压力。
The optimization design of the gas channel of the tray is carried out by using the characteristics of fluid flow.In order to reduce the pressure drop,improve the plate efficiency and reduce energy consumption,a guide structure is set at the lower side of the tray to change the flow state of the gas phase and reduce the eddy current caused by the sudden change of the flow section.
