高校化学人才培养方案教改意义--以河南大学化学化工学院明德实验班为例

摘要 我国高校化学教育的目的是为我国社会主义建设培养工学、农业科学、生命科学、环境科学、食品科学、药学、医学等各学科领域高质量的专业人才,高校化学教育在全国高校教育中是不可或缺的。目前,我国高校化学人才培养方式的缓慢推进与新时代对人才要求的飞速演变之间的矛盾日益凸显,导致高等化学人才往往难以满足社会发展的需求。本文以河南大学化学化工学院的明德实验班为例,从学生培养方面出发,以培养过程中暴露出的意识形态领域中的问题为基础做深入探讨,提出师资组织结构变革,教育教学方式革新,人才培养方向拓展,考核评价体系改善的相关策略,并阐述这种变革的必要性、紧迫性和现实意义。 The purpose of college chemistry education in China is to train high-quality professionals in engineering,agricultural science,life science,environmental science,food science,pharmacy,medicine and other disciplines for the socialist construction in China,which plays an indispensable important role in the national college education.However,due to the contradiction between the slow advancement of the cultivation mode of chemical talents in Chinese universities and the rapid evolution of the requirements for talents in the new era,it is difficult for the higher chemical talents in China to adapt to the social requirements.Taking mingde experimental class of college of chemistry and chemical engineering of Henan University as an example,this paper analyzes the root causes of long-standing problems in nine ideological fields from four main symptoms and appearances.Put forward the reform of teacher organization structure,the reform of education and teaching methods,the expansion of talent training direction,and the improvement of assessment and evaluation system,and explain the necessity,urgency and historical significance of this change.
