摘要
本文探讨了化工模拟软件Aspen Plus在化工原理精馏理论塔板数的计算过程中的应用,并和逐板计算法作了对比。事实证明,Aspen Plus容易上手,能有效地提高计算的效率与精度,使课堂教学更接近工程实际,大大提高了学生的工程观念和学习兴趣,同时能拓宽教师的教学理念,拓展了和其他专业课程的相关性。本文就苯和甲苯的分离实例为依据作了一定程度的教学创新方法的探索。
In this paper,the application of chemical simulation software Aspen Plus in the calculation of the number of trays in the distillation theory of chemical principle is discussed and compared with the plate-by-plate calculation method.Facts have proven that Aspen Plus is easy to use,and can effectively improve the efficiency and precision of the calculation,make classroom teaching more close to the engineering practice,greatly improving the student's engineering ideas and interest in learning,at the same time can widen teachers'teaching concept,expand the correlation and other professional courses.This article that was based on the separation of benzene and toluene instance made a certain degree of innovative approach of teaching to explore.
