摘要
论文对国有大型建筑施工企业薪酬分配中存在的问题进行分析,并提出能够适用于不同岗位特点的差异化薪酬分配制度,以期有效提高员工的工作积极性,促使企业实现进一步发展。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the salary allocation of large state-owned building construction enterprises,and puts forward the differential salary allocation system which can be applied to different post characteristics,so as to effectively improve the enthusiasm of employees and promote the enterprises to achieve further development.
