Discussion on Comprehensive Budget Management of Internet Enterprises Under "Internet +"

近年来,互联网行业迅速发展,它们之间存在着激烈的竞争。互联网企业若是想长远持续发展就必须审视自身的预算管理系统,虽然当前全面预算管理模式日渐成熟,但显然互联网企业在全面预算管理层面仍然存在着许多问题。论文从互联网企业进行全面预算管理时存在的问题出发,总结归纳这些问题出现的原因,最后为互联网企业今后的发展优化提出加强预算编制、强化企业员工预算理念以及建立大数据平台这三个对策。

In recent years,the internet industry has developed rapidly and there is fierce competition among them.If internet enterprises want to develop continuously in the long run,they must examine their own budget management system.Although the current comprehensive budget management mode is increasingly mature,it is obvious that internet enterprises still have many problems existing in comprehensive budget management.This paper starts from the problems existing in the comprehensive budget management of internet enterprises,summarizes the reasons for these problems,and finally proposes three countermeasures for the future development and optimization of internet enterprises:strengthening the budget preparation,strengthening the budget concept of enterprise staff,and establishing a big data platform.
