海洋石油工程设施造价高昂,项目投资动辄几亿甚至几十亿。保证设施在建造阶段的施工质量,对保证投资效益具有重要意义。基于当前流行的工程总承包管理环境,论文探讨了海洋石油工程行业中业主方质量管理的作用和趋势,论述了当前质量管理领域存在的不足,并提出了相应的改进建议。

The cost of offshore oil engineering facilities is high,and the project investment is often several hundred million or even several billion.To ensure the construction quality of facilities in the construction stage is of great significance to ensure the investment benefit.Based on the current popular management environment of engineering procurement construction,this paper discusses the role and trend of the owner's quality management in the offshore oil engineering industry,discusses the deficiencies existing in thecurrent field of quality management,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.
