Road and bridge construction project is a cumbersome project and it involves a wide range of content,which needs highly specialization and multi department cooperation.In the road and bridge construction project,not only the technical and material problems are involved,but also the quality and safety problems,which is related to everyone's vital interests.Therefore,the quality and cost problems in road and bridge construction have always been the focus of people's attention.This paper analyzes the necessity of cost management and control of road and bridge construction project,explores the main problems existing in cost management and control of road and bridge construction project,and puts forward effective countermeasures to strengthen cost management of road and bridge construction project.
