我国对于新型现代学徒制模式下的学生教育工作越来越重视。现代学徒制的发展对于人才的培养、就业和发展有着十分重要的意义。校企合作的教育模式为职业技术性人才培养搭建了桥梁,充分调动了学校与企业的人才教育积极性。论文从新型现代学徒制的基本概念入手,分析新型现代学徒制在实践应用中的难点,并结合应用难点提出具体的解决对策,希望为未来新型现代学徒制的更好发展起到推动作用。

China pays more and more attention to the student education work under new modern apprenticeship system mode.The development of modern apprenticeship system is of great significance to the cultivation,employment and development of talents.The education mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises has built a bridge for the cultivation of vocational technical talents,and fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of talents education between schools and enterprises.Starting from the basic concept of new modern apprenticeship system,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the practical application of new modern apprenticeship system,and puts forward specific solving countermeasures combined with the application difficulties,hoping to play a role in promoting the better development of new modern apprenticeship system in the future.
