摘要
财务共享框架主要包括战略定位、业务流程、组织与人员等方面,各个模块相辅相成。业务流程是指为客户共同创造价值的相互衔接的一系列活动,如何保证流程的时效和质量尤为重要。论文以某集团公司的资金支付流程为例,比较使用财务共享模式之后的变化,提出使用过程中存在的问题,从而对该业务流程进行改进。
Financial sharing framework mainly includes strategic positioning,business process,organization and personnel and other aspects,and each module complements each other.Business process refers to a series of interconnected activities to jointly create value for customers.How to ensure the timeliness and quality of the process is particularly important.Taking the fund payment process of a group company as an example,this paper compares the changes after the use of financial sharing mode,puts forward the problems existing in the use process,so as to improve the business process.
