城市体育服务综合体是新时代发展的产物,满足我国体育发展战略的总体要求,对资源开发、经济转型等具有重大促进作用。论文主要说明了体育服务综合体的基本内涵,阐述了体育服务综合体发展的必然性,准确定位了体育服务综合体的整体功能,指出了保障体育服务综合体发展的长效机制,从政府、经济、商业、服务项目、融资等多个方面切入进行研究,以期促进城市体育服务综合体的建设与发展。

Urban sports service complex is the product of the development of the new era.It meets the overall requirements of China's sports development strategy and plays an important role in promoting resource development and economic transformation.This paper mainly explains the basic connotation of sports service complex,expounds the necessity of the development of sports service complex,accurately orientates the overall function of sports service complex,points out the long-term mechanism to ensure the development of sports service complex.This paper studies from the aspects of government,economy,commerce,service items,financing and so on,so as to promote the construction and development of urban sports service complex.
