摘要
随着国有企业深化改革的不断深入,聚焦主业、转型发展成为很多企业的战略方向。与此同时,企业的一些存量低效不动产资产也“浮出水面”。这些资产产出低下,甚至其效益不足以支撑相应的管理、维修、税费等费用。论文以企业一处低效住宅项目盘活处置案例,总结国有低效不动产效益提升的经验,探索提高国有资产处置效率和效益提升的有效路径。
With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,focusing on the main business,transformation and development has become the strategic direction of many enterprises.At the same time,some of the company's inventory of inefficient real estate assets also"surface".The output of these assets is low,even its benefits are not enough to support the corresponding management,maintenance,taxes and other expenses.This paper summarizes the experience of improving the benefit of inefficient state-owned real estate and explores the effective ways to improve the efficiency and benefit of state-owned assets disposal based on an inefficient residential project disposal case.
